The Life S.A.V.E.R.S are simple and effective daily morning practices that help you plan and live your life on your terms.
The Life S.A.V.E.R.S are the vehicle to help you stop working harder and longer and begin working smarter and more efficiently instead. Just spending a few minutes every morning on each area will help you achieve more and have a more productive day.
The Life S.A.V.E.R.S
S. Silence – Starting your day with a few minutes of silence, rather than checking email, answering text, etc will immediately reduce your stress levels and help you begin the day with the kind of calm and clarity that you need in order to focus on what’s more important.
A. Affirmations – Mindset is something we adopt without conscious thought, at a subconscious level. We have been programmed to think believe, act and talk to ourselves in a certain way. If we want a better business, we need better programming. That’s where affirmations cone in.
By repeatedly telling yourself who you want to be, what you want to accomplish, and how you are going to accomplish it, your subconscious mind will shift your beliefs and behavior. You will start believing and acting in new ways, and eventually manifest your affirmations into reality.
V. Visualization is a technique for using your imagination to create what you want in life. Not only should you visualize what you want, you also need to visualize what actions you are going to take in order to achieve your results.
E. Exercise should be a part of your daily routine as it enhances your health, improves you self-confidence and emotional well being, and enables you to think better and concentrate longer.
R. Reading is a must! One of the fastest ways to achieve everything you want is to model successful people who have already achieve the results you are looking for. There are literally thousand of books that will help you achieve your results. My number one suggestion is “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. Here is also a list of my personal favorites.
S. Scribing– Scribing is actually writing. By getting your thoughts out of your head and putting them in writing allows you to gain valuable insights you’d otherwise never see. Scribing enables you to document your insights, ideas, breakthroughs, realizations, successes, and lessons learned.

Great post, Sherry! I’ve been wanting to read this book for quite some time, and it’s on my list of books to read. I’ve heard so many good things about “The Miracle Morning” from so many people. Although I haven’t read the book yet, I have begun putting in a lot of work on my fitness and business first thing early in the morning, and it’s helped me immensely! Thanks for sharing!
