As I mentioned in another post, communication is a 2-way street. There has to be a "sender" and a "receiver". Are you sending the right message?

Having effective communication skills is a must in any business whether it is online or offline. We need to understand that communication is a two way process, so improving communication involves both how we send and receive messages.
