I know it may sound odd to say “Run The Tapes Again” but
let me explain what I’m referring to….Actually it is what Jim
Rohn is referring to.
Run the tapes again means to spend some time reflectin on
your day, week, month or year. Reflecting helps to focus on
what you can do to make the next day better.

Run the tapes again
- · Go back over the day
- · Capture the day
- · Get from the day…who did you talk to? What did say? What did you read? What did you feel?
- · Lock in the day – Remember it
- · Make the past more valuable to serve you for
the future - · What were your thoughts, experiences, highs, lows, feelings, emotions?
Spend a few minutes at the end of each day reflecting……
Spend a few hours at the end of the week reflecting.
Spend a half a day at the end of the month reflecting.
Spend a weekend at the end of the year reflecting.
Work on yourself and you bring more value to your
family, friends, business, community, & economy.
Work harder on yourself than you do at your job.
