As I mentioned in another post, communication is a 2-way street. There has to be a “sender” and a “receiver“.

I love the movie “Cool Hand Luke” with Paul Newman and one quote from the movie that has stuck in my mind is…

Sherry, Great post. Those lines from The movie Cool Hand Luke are probably in the top 100 movies lines of all time. Every body likes to talk but effective communication also requires listening.
