When you start your day by setting your intentions the first thing in the morning you will be surprised at the difference your day will be.

Intention is “to have in mind a purpose or plan, to direct the mind, to aim.” Lacking intention, we sometimes stray without meaning or direction. But with it, all the forces can align to make even the most impossible, possible.

You should set an intention first thing every day for what you want that day.

You intention could be as simple as to feel good that day.

Your intention could be to work less and make more, or to find a new career that you are passionate about.

It could be to get healthy and physically fit, or to spend more quality time with loved ones or alone.

It can be specific and about something in particular or more like a quality, such as to be more relaxed or involved with life.

An intention is not a goal.  It is a connection between your mind and your heart.

It’s not something you attach an expectation or evaluation to. It’s just something you want to align with in your life.

It’s an aim, a purpose, or attitude you’d be proud to commit to.

What are your intentions?

What matters most to you?

What would you like to build, create, or nurture in your life?

What would you like to let go of?

Who would you like to forgive in your life?

How do you feel when you are your happiest self?

What makes you proud?

What word(s) would you like to align yourself with?

What fears would you like to release?

What are you grateful for?
