You may or may not be an early morning person, but I would like to challenge you to getting up 1 hour earlier each day and see how this will affect your results.

There are many activities you can do and my point in this post is to make it habit and make good use of your time.  Set your intentions and follow through.

By taking control of your day, first thing in the morning, you take control of your energy and attitude, and therefore your results.
