1.  You Become What You Think About All The Time.

I’m sure you have heard that quote many times.

Well…maybe you haven’t heard that before. 

I only heard that quote a couple of years ago…’You Become What You Think About All The Time”.  WOW  Isn’t that powerful?   I wish I had been told that many years ago and that is one reason why I want to share that information with as many people as possible.

The sooner the better!

You are very fortunate you are hearing it now.  Not like me who relied upon my formal education to teach me such things which did not include the fact that I could direct my own thoughts.

You have the power to direct your own thoughts and you can create any thing you want with your thoughts.

 You have to focus on where you want to go, what you want to be, how much money you want to make and how much time freedom do you want.

This is known as the “Great Princple.  Your outer world is very much a mirror image of your inner world.

What is going on outside of you is a reflection of what is going on inside of you. You can tell the inner condition of a person by looking at the outer conditions of his or her life.

What is it that you see when looking at yourself?

2.  Thoughts Become Things.  When you visualize something, you can actually create the thing that you are thinking about.  Whatever you think about is what you are going to get.

Your thoughts control and determine almost everything that happens to you.  They can raise or lower your heart rate, improve or interfere with you digestion, change the chemical composition of your blood, and help you to sleep or keep you awake at night.

Your thoughts control every aspect of your life.

3.  Attitude, Actions, and Emotions.

You have to have the attitude and belief you can succeed.  Your attitudes, positive or negative, constructive or destructive, lead to corresponding images, and actions that affect your life and relationships.

However, your actions trigger the emotions and attitudes that go with them.

By the Law of Reversibility, you can actually act your way into feeling in a happy, positive and confident, you soon begin to feel  that way on the inside.

Your actions are under your direct control, whereas your emotions are not.
