MODULE 1 – SPONSORING & SELLING

There are two things you should focus on at all times: producing new sales and recruiting.

MODULE 2 – BELIEFS & ATTITUDES 

Your beliefs affect your business and when they’re not serving you, you must change them.

 

Your beliefs, the information in your mind, your values, all the way to your actions need to be in complete and total alignment.

You need to believe in your company and your product.

What you believe about your list, leads and prospects is important.  

If you want to keep people around, you have to learn to believe in them and their abilities.

 

 

 

 

MODULE 3 –LEAD CAPTURE PAGES

You can know all there is to know about sales and persuasion, but if you don’t have anyone to persuade, it won’t really matter. What you need are people who want what you have to offer… We’re talking about leads. And online, you can only collect leads one way…

Lead capture pages, squeeze pages, opt-in pages… Whatever you call ‘em. These are the most important online recruiting tool that you MUST know like the back of your hand.

 

 

MODULE 4 – MECHANICS & STRATEGIES

 

The biggest question people have is – “How do I make money?”

 

•                         The answer? You sell something.

 

•                         “How do I do that?”

 

•                         You build a list, present to the list and close the list.

 

The important thing to understand about anything that works is that it’s not the strategy that’s making it work.

 

The strategy is just a way to make the principle behind what you’re doing work.

 

You have to create rapport and value in order for people to look at something. That’s the first step in recruiting. People won’t look at a presentation unless you create rapport and give value to them.

 

•Rapport is responsiveness. If you want to recruit, you need someone who responds to you like you have some kind of social authority. If people respond to the way you behave and respond to your questions, they respond to your energy.

 

Module 5: Rapport & Responsiveness & Relationships

The fastest way to build rapport is by uncovering your prospect’s problems and leading them to the solution.

Here’s how you do that:

 

As you give people solutions to the problems they’re having right now, you will build rapport and responsiveness with them over time. Some of it will happen right away.

Some of it will happen over time. If you keep providing people with solutions, you will keep developing a deeper and deeper rapport with them. If you’re speaking to their problems and showing them how to overcome those problems, they’re going to start to trust you with business information.

 

You have to give value. Then people will look at your stuff and respond to it. That’s how you create responsiveness with a list.

 

Target specific problems that you can solve in your business. When you solve those problems, you give people value, they will then listen to you and keep listening to you for a long time.

 

MODULE – 6 GENERATING HIGHLY TARGETED LEADS

This module will walk you through how to generate leads with local offline methods, online methods, whether it’s social media or other means.  You will learn the psychology behind how to setup your room, run your event flow, persuade through your presentation, and close sales.

 

MODULE – 7 CLOSING & SIGNING PEOPLE UP ON THE PHONE.

Your competition is making it easy for you to bring new people into your business. 

 
 

 

 

 

Many times your competition is focusing on is sell-sell-sell, failing to understand the most important element of selling.

Understanding your prospect’s problems.

 

The key to unlocking more sales, deepening rapport and building a stronger organization is to help solve the problems people are having.

• People respond to solving their problems all the time. When it’s their problem and you’re giving a solution, they respond 100% of the time. How do you do that if you’re connected with someone? You ask questions.

MODULE 8 – UPSELLING AND GETTING PEOPLE ALL IN

 

There are two ways to upsell people in your organization and get them to go all in.

 

Step 1: lead by example. There’s no other way around it. Don’t ask someone to do what you’re not willing to do yourself.

 

Step 2: Getting in touch with their Core desires

 

If you’re just telling people to join and getting off the phone without finding out what they want, why they want it and how much money they have, then you’ve missed the opportunity to make additional commissions.
